His passion for excellence and servant hearted leadership exudes in all areas of life from the way he crafts his projects to how he leads his family. His faith in Christ is the foundation in all he does. He truly believes “unless the LORD builds the house, the builders labor in vain.”

Mike, originally from Pittsburgh PA, has lived up and down the east coast, but landed roots in Nashville all the way back in 1999. He brings a diverse background of culture and management skills to our ever growing operation.

With a passion for process improvement and operational efficiency, he executes a sharp focus on client communications, streamlined workflows, and resource optimization playing a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Beyond his professional expertise, Mike is deeply passionate about his faith in Christ and his family, which serve as the foundation for everything he does. He believes that strong values, integrity, and servant leadership are essential in both work and life. Whether leading a team or supporting loved ones, he strives to reflect his faith in every aspect of his life. He also enjoys traveling with his family and just about any sport known to man.

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Tiago and his family now reside in Murfreesboro, TN. As a driving force behind Precision Painting, he is passionate about guiding his team to reach their full potential by fostering a positive work environment, supporting their development, and celebrating their successes with joy! His leadership has helped establish Precision Painting as a trusted name in the industry, known for high-quality craftsmanship and expertise.

Tiago ensures that every project—whether large or small—meets the highest industry standards. He is deeply involved in managing meticulous project details, client communications, and ensuring a smooth running operations. His ability to navigate complex challenges while maintaining clear communication and efficiency has made him an invaluable asset to both his team and his clients.

Beyond his professional life, Tiago is devoted to his Christian faith, family, and personal growth. He finds joy in exercising and traveling with his wife and children, embracing new experiences while creating lasting memories. Grace serves as Precision Painting’s Client Relations Manager and is one of the first friendly voices many of our clients connect with. She brings a strong background in administration and management, paired with a genuine heart for people. Having called Nashville home since 2011, Grace values being part of a community where relationships, trust, and quality truly matter.

Raised in an Army family, Grace learned early the importance of integrity, adaptability, and serving others well. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking local trails and sewing—hands-on pursuits that reflect her appreciation for craftsmanship, patience, and thoughtful detail.

Grace chose Precision Painting because of a shared commitment to excellence, values alignment, and a faith in Jesus Christ that guides how she works and serves others.
